Sue spotted some Masai women coming to the campsite for water, they were waving at her so she popped over for a "chat" - even though they had no common language she enjoyed it and came back reporting that they were all gorgeous. A large troupe of baboons passed very close by the campsite, David the manager managed to chase them off to prevent them becoming accustomed to raiding, this must feel like painting the Forth Bridge.
We had lunch and set off into Amboseli - very green this time but very few animals compared to January - many leave the park in the wet season as they no longer need to remain near the permanent water. We were lucky enough to see another serval hunting - many people never get to see them, but I think this is now thhe 3rd one we've spotted (but STILL no leopard!). We got back to camp late, by this time David already had the generator running, so no time to have a closer look at the problem.
